Round 17 Teams

Round 17 is fast approaching, with some big news coming from the selection table.

Lauderdale will be striving to topple the ladder-leading Blues for the second time this season when the sides meet this Saturday at SkyBus Oval. Dan Willing’s side will be bolstered by the return of ruckman Haydn Smith from suspension, as well as key forward Tyler Martin. Tom Ratcliffe also comes into the side, but Fletcher and Nick Hooker will miss. Launceston has made one change with an in-form Sam Foley coming into the side for skipper Jobi Harper.

Matthew Joseph returns for Glenorchy’s Pride Cup clash with North Hobart at KGV, alongside Connor Ling, Liam Ling and ruck Matthew McInnes amongst others. Veteran Cameron Duffy will miss. North Hobart will be without Cal Daly, Thomas Liefhebber Will Splann and Logan Elphinstone.

Clarence has made three changes for its match with North Launceston, losing Mitch Rainbird, Jack Callinan and Cam Owen, while Jonte Doran, Corey Lovell and Brendan Hay return. The Northern Bombers will lose Devils trio Ethan Hubbard, Oscar Van Dam and Heath Ollington, with Blade Sulzberger leading the inclusions.
