1. Cody Thorp (Launceston) was reported for engaging in rough conduct against Lachlan Borsboom (Clarence) after the quarter time siren.

The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Classifiable Offence” under rough conduct and to be deemed as intentional conduct, with low impact and high contact.

Player Cody Thorp (Launceston) to be offered a base sanction of (2) matches, reduced to (1) match with an early guilty plea.

Player Thorp has until 8pm 7th September to accept or challenge the decision.

Player Thorp has challenged the MRP decision and wish to have this heard at tribunal. This will be held 8th September at 6pm.
