The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Low Level Offence” under “Unreasonable or unnecessary contact with an injured player”.
Player Oscar Paprotny (Clarence) to be offered a base sanction of (1) match, reduced to a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
Player Paprotny has accepted the early guilty plea.
2. Players from Clarence & Tigers were cited for instigating a melee at qtr time.
The match review panel deem this incident to be handled by TSL Management.
TSL to provide further correspondence to both clubs this week.

4. Josh Green (Clarence) and Jacques Barwick (Clarence) were reported for using abusive language towards the umpires after the game has concluded.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Direct Tribunal Offence” under “Behaving in an abusive, insulting, threatening or obscene manner towards or in relation to an umpire”.
Josh Green (Clarence) and Jacques Barwick (Clarence) are required to attend tribunal on Tuesday 10th August at 6pm.
5. Allen Christensen (Lauderdale) and surrounding players were cited for instigating a melee which lead to a North Hobart free kick.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that there were no reportable offences identified and that the free kick and 50m penalty was the right decision.
No further action required.
6. Nicholas Raglione (Lauderdale) was reported for striking Bradley Young (North Hobart) in the stomach midway through the 1st quarter.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Classifiable Offence” under striking and to be deemed as intentional conduct, with low impact and body contact.
Player Nicholas Raglione (Lauderdale) to be offered a base sanction of (1) match, reduced to a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
Player Raglione has accepted the early guilty plea.
7. Jay Blackberry (Launceston) was reported for engaging in rough conduct with a tackle on Nathan Blowfield (Glenorchy) midway through the 3rd quarter.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Classifiable Offence” under rough conduct and to be deemed as intentional conduct, with low impact and high contact.
Player Jay Blackberry (Launceston) to be offered a base sanction of (2) matches, reduced to (1) match with an early guilty plea.
Player Blackberry has until 9th August to accept the offer.
Development League
1. Players from Lauderdale were referred for umpire abuse towards all 3 field umpires at 3 qtr time.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that this matter to be further investigated by the TSL investigator.
2. Players from Launceston & Glenorchy were cited for instigating a melee late in the 4th quarter.
The match review panel deem this incident to be handled by TSL Management.
TSL to provide further correspondence to both clubs this week.
3. Jordan Green (Glenorchy) was reported for using abusive language towards umpire Declan Gale early in the 2nd quarter.
The Match Review Office has assessed the details of the incident and has determined that the action be graded as a “Direct Tribunal Offence” under “Behaving in an abusive, insulting, threatening or obscene manner towards or in relation to an umpire”.
Jordan Green (Glenorchy) is required to attend tribunal on Tuesday 10th August at 6pm.
