Preliminary Finals schedule announced

Week three of the 2019 Bupa TSL, Wrest Point TSLW and Development League finals series have been announced, with Blundstone Arena set to host three huge Preliminary Finals.

Launceston have surged into the Preliminary Final with a comprehensive 10-goal win over Glenorchy at KGV.

The Blues will travel south to meet Lauderdale at Blundstone Arena from 2:00pm, with the Southern Bombers looking to make the most of their second chance after going down to North Launceston on Sunday.

Lauderdale and Launceston have met three times this season, with the Southern Bombers holding a 2-1 record in these fixtures, although the Blues took the points when the teams last met in round 16.

Glenorchy will battle Clarence for a spot in the Wrest Point TSLW Grand Final from 9:30am in a Grand Final replay. The Magpies have recorded three wins from as many games against Clarence this season, with this traditional rivalry now well and truly alive in the TSLW sphere. The winner will meet the unbeaten Blues in the Grand Final.

North Launceston and Lauderdale will meet for a spot in the TSL Development League decider, with the two teams to play at 11:30am for a meeting with the Tigers on Grand Final day.
