#BUPATSL MRP Results – Round 20
Catch up on all of the Match Review Panel findings from round 20 of the Bupa Tasmanian State League and Development League – as well as round 15 of the Wrest Point TSLW.
BUPA TSL
1. Sam Hall (Glenorchy) & Haydn Smith (Lauderdale) were referred for an off the ball incident
The Match Review Panel determined the action does not constitute a reportable offence. No further action is required.
2. Nick Raglione (Lauderdale) was reported for striking Liam Smith (Glenorchy)
The Match Review Panel determined there was insufficient force to constitute a reportable offence. No further action is required.
3. Edward Trupp (Lauderdale) was referred for making high contact against Clinton French (Glenorchy)
The Match Review Panel determined the action does not constitute a reportable offence. No further action is required.
4. Haydn Smith (Lauderdale) was referred for an off the ball incident against John Geard (Glenorchy)
No further action is required
5. Sam Burge (Lauderdale) was referred for making high contact against Aaron Brennan (Glenorchy)
The Match Review Panel determined the free kick paid was the correct outcome. No further action is required.
6. Sam Caswell (North Hobart) was referred for making umpire contact
The Match Review Panel determined that Player Caswell was pushed into the path of the umpire by North Launceston player Josh Ponting. The Panel have charged Player Ponting with low-level misconduct. Player Ponting has been offered a base sanction of one match, reduced to a low-level reprimand with an early guilty plea.
Player Ponting has accepted a low-level reprimand.
7. Tyler Carter (Tigers) & Matthew Ling (Clarence) were referred for wrestling each other
No further action is required.
Development League
1. Tyler Bowden (Glenorchy) was reported for rough conduct against Bohdi Kingston (Lauderdale)
The Match Review Panel amended the charge from rough conduct to low-level wrestling. Player Bowden has been charged with low-level wrestling. Player Bowden has been offered a base sanction of one match, reduced to a low-level reprimand with an early guilty plea.

WREST POINT TSLW
1. Maggie Cuthbertson (North Launceston) was reported for head-butting Mikayla Absolom (Tigers)
The Match Review Panel determined the head-butt was intentional, with low impact and high contact. Player Cuthbertson has been offered a base sanction of two matches, reduced to a one match suspension with an early guilty plea.
Player Cuthbertson has accepted a one-match suspension.
