#BUPATSL MRP Results – Round Three

The Bupa Tasmanian State League Match Review Panel sat this morning, with two key Bombers set to face the Independent Tribunal on Tuesday night. 

1.      Nick Raglione (Lauderdale) was referred for rough conduct against Luke Graham (Tigers)

The Match Review Panel determined that the incident was intentional, with low impact to the head. Player Raglione has been offered a base sanction of two matches, reduced to one match with an early guilty plea.

Player Raglione accepted a one-match ban.

2.      Lauderdale & Tigers players were referred for engaging in a melee

The Match Review Panel determined no further action is required.

3.      Oliver Di Venuto (North Hobart) was reported for striking Ethan Conway (Launceston)

Based on the evidence provided to the Match Review Panel, the charge was downgraded to a low-level striking offence. Player Di Venuto has been offered a base sanction of one match, reduced to a low-level reprimand with an early guilty plea.

4.      Haydn Smith (Lauderdale) was referred for an incident against Jakob Lister (Tigers)

This incident was referred after the completion of the Match Review Panel for Round 3. This matter has therefore been referred directly to the Independent Tribunal, with the hearing to be at 6pm on Tuesday 16th April.
