Bupa TSL Round 21 Forward of the Week
The final round of the Bupa Tasmanian State League season has come and gone, with the make-up of the final five finally known.
After an exciting finish to the home and away season, we want to know who you considered to be the standout performers of the round.
We finish by looking at the forward lines, with a young Launceston goal sneak and a tall Bomber performing well.
Jack Rushton (Launceston)
One of the most exciting young guns in the competition, Jack Rushton proved to be a handful for the Magpies at Windsor Park, hitting the scoreboard with three majors and setting up several others in a typically busy display.
Known for his competitiveness and willingness to compete, Rushton was at his ferocious best in the tense clash, winning back his own ball and providing a contest whenever the ball hit the deck.
In and out of the side at times this season, Rushton looks to have firmed as a key figure for the Blues as we move into finals football.

Bart McCulloch (North Launceston)
Big Bart looks to be firing on the eve of finals action, providing a key target inside 50 for the Northern Bombers.
Starting the game well with two goals in the opening quarter from four shots, McCulloch played a key role in getting the reigning premiers off to a fast start.
Although McCulloch faded a touch as the game wore on, he still played a handy role in securing the Northern Bombers a final round triumph.
